2. Can you provide free design with my idea and our logo?

Re: Yes, custom design proof can be provided within 1 day once you have your requests expressed clearly.

3. What’s your MOQ?

Re: We do not have MOQ. Unit price depends on the order quantity.

4. What’s your sample lead time and production lead time?

Re: Sample lead time usually takes about 1 week, and production lead time will take about 10-12 days.

5. What quality assurance can you provide?

Re: We have 5 QC procedures during the production process. Once the order is ready, product photo or video will be provided for confirmation before shipment. Our 5 stars review rate is up to 98%. Once you start cooperation with us, we are sure you will find us a great partner to work with.

6. What are the packaging options?

Re: Packaging options including PE Bag, Opp Bag, Biodegradable OPP bag ect.

7. What are the payment term options?

Re: We accept T/T, PayPal, WU, etc. Usually, 50% deposit to start the order, 50% balance before shipment.

8. What are the shipment options?

Re: Shipment options including: by sea, by train, by air, by express (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT ect. )
